1. RULES 'OF PAYMENT 

Purchases made on our website are secure and guaranteed and may be carried out in several ways: 



1.1. Payment by PayPal 
Selecting the type of PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal website where you can enter your e-mail address and password and make the payment. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. Guido Bortolani Srl shall not be liable for delays and / or damage during repayment. 


1.2. Payment by bank transfer 
In case of payment by bank transfer order will be handled only after receiving confirmation of credit by the bank. Payment must be made within 7 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The purpose of the bank transfer must necessarily return, order date and name of the client. The availability of the products are to be assessed only from the time entered credit.

2. SHIPPING 
The method of delivery offered by Guido Bortolani Srl vary from the geographic location of the customer and the type of goods: 


Standard Parcels: GLS or the Italian Post Office; 
Bulky parcel: Bartolini, Saima or Avandero. 


In the event that the customer has specific agreements with other agents, Guido Bortalani Srl will pay the shipping agent of confidence. 

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check: 
- The number of packages delivered match the information in the transport document 
- The packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strips 
In case of tampering and / or breaks the customer will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery putting the word "STOCK CONTROL GOODS FOR ..." (give reasons) on the delivery receipt from the courier 
The customer then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days from receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the shipment and / or delivery and / or operator. 

In case the customer does not withdraw within 5 (five) working days and present the goods ordered in stock at the warehouses of the courier and / or company Bortolani Guido Srl because of the repeated inability to delivery to the address specified by the customer with the order, the order will be canceled. 




3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

Under Article. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/05, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, restoring the good will receive a refund of the price paid.

The right of withdrawal applies only to goods at the time of the refund and can not be exercised for goods which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. 
Guido Bortolani Srl accept the returned goods reserving to see that the goods have been returned in original state and with original packaging, only then will send the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of products. 
Transport costs incurred to deliver the product to the customer and for the eventual return to Bortolani Guido Srl are non-refundable.
